This is a utility for my previous submission 'Windamp'. It is a skinning tool which will compile skins for windamp. It teaches some good drag drop and control resizing at runtime.It has one example skin. U need ocx which r in main submission(so u need to download that one too, coz this will be useless with out the other one) Comments plz ;)
