This is a program that I made that allows you to easily edit your Winamp Skins(rename,delete,etc.). I did this so I wouldn't have to go through all the folders in My Computer, and you can just put a link to this on your desktop. Easy and simple.
But the author does not leave very functional for what I've modified and added some functions, is fully functional and have reviewed each error was corrected and I have removed the use of. OCX
